How to Record Influxis Live Streams with FMLE (ScreenCast)

Influxis is set to launch the our new record option inside of our Live Broadcaster very soon; however, many users need that record option immediately and cannot wait. As a result this tutorial has been created to walk you through recording live streams with Adobe’s Flash Media Live Encoder (FMLE).


  1. Log into your Influxis Account Portal.

  2. Navigate to the ‘Live’ tab in the top menu.

  3. Click ‘Create Stream’, and feel free to rename it if you would like.

  4. From here you will land on the live broadcasting page, click the ‘Broadcast in HD with FMLE’ button on the right-hand side of the page.

  5. On the right-hand side, under the ‘Stream URL’ section,

  6. Launch FMLE and paste the RTMP address into the FMS URL field.

  7. Go back to the Influxis Live Broadcaster page, again under the ‘Stream URL’ field copy the stream name and paste it into the ‘Stream’ field of FMLE.

  8. Then check the ‘Save to File’ box in FMLE.

  9. Click ‘Connect’.

  10. Click ‘Start’ and voilà, navigate back to the Live Broadcaster and the stream will be playing live inside of the player.
