If you are using the old Influxis portal, you may cancel your account at any time by logging in with your username and password, select "Manage Account" in the upper right corner, then select "Cancel Account". Select your reason for canceling and add any additional comments, then select if you would like your account canceled immediately or at the end of your current billing cycle and click 'Submit' and then 'Confirm'. You will receive an email confirming your cancelation.
If you are using the new Influxis portal, you may cancel your account at any time by logging in with your username and password, click your Username button in the top right corner and select "Plan" from the drop down list. Then click "Cancel my Account" and your account will be canceled at the end of your current billing period. You will receive an email confirming your cancelation.
