Make sure that the videos you have uploaded are encoded to play at the rate your account was configured to handle. If you upload a video that has a higher bandwidth streaming rate than your account allows then this will cause the issue. If this is the case you can solve the issue by encoding the file to play at a lower rate or you can upgrade your plan through the Influxis Account Portal or you can also contact your TVStation2 service provider for upgrade details. If you are sure that your videos are not surpassing the bandwidth stream rate of your account, try using the Adobe FLVCheck tool. This will check for possible errors within the file and can enable you to possibly repair these errors.
